Tuwing umaga o madaling araw ay maulan. At kapag mataas na ang araw , maganda pa ring maligo sa dagat. Naka - bike , mejo kumuha ako ng mga video pero talagang hindi Okay magalaw silang lahat. Hindi talaga okay. Dapat tumambay , i - steady ang kamay then record a video. Or talagang dapat me stand yung video cam at hindi sa kamay lang. Marami ring batang naliligo , masarap sumisid kasama ng alon, nakakatakot pero okay lang. Di bale sana kung maraming tao na kasama ko. Ang iba me cottage me wheels at isang grupo sila.

Cycling Day 1
Where is Bong? Binili ng parents ko ang una kong bike sa Dyna then ikalawa sa Dyna ,Ikatlo sa Pedal power yata , ikaapat sa Apap and yung isa galing sa magtitinda ng Kutsinta and panghuli galing ke Bong S. C. . Wala nga lang akong at least 3 c. shorts and at least 3 helmets and c. shirts. Manny Pacquiao balato naman Jan o. Bigyan mo na rin ako ng master card para makapag affiliate na ako gaya ni Fulusho , Carl Ocab or Rachel Long sa kung saan jan na puedeng mag affiliate , gaya ng adwords. Habang wala pa mag bike na muna and maligo sa Mampurog o Bagasbas.

Camarines Norte Bicycles - Taglish
Dyna cycles ( closed) , Apap ,Pedal power,Badaguas bicycle, etc in Daet, they are the supplier of bike parts.These morning I woke up , late because of the rain. And it was cool and I went to San Lorenzo Ruiz, biking ,And I love the resort there at Barangay Mampurog and it was cool river. Its difficult there , pedaling, but going down is easy . Month of May is really something , I love my China mobile, N100 , though Nokia don't have access on it right now.Eddie boy came here and his massage is really therapeutic. People can benefit from swimming ( Arnold Schwarzenegger was once a swimmer) , massage ( for long life), life is cool everyday on the beach. Its a cool exercise to do swimming early in the morning and biking, or jogging. Noah Resort in SLR, with hotel and cottages at SLR or San Lorenzo Ruiz swimming there is therapeutic since all the mountain plants roots are giving energy to the flowing river water .

Since cycling can be used for the practical purpose of transportation, there can be less need for self-discipline to exercise. Interestingly, it has been found that despite toning the leg muscles, cycling also tones the buttocks.[citation needed]
Cycling while seated is a relatively non-weight bearing exercise that, like swimming, does little to promote bone density.[11] Cycling up and out of the saddle, on the other hand, does a better job by transferring more of the rider's body weight to the legs. However, excessive cycling while standing can cause knee damage.[citation needed] It used to be thought that cycling while standing was less energy efficient, but recent research has proven this not to be true. Other than air resistance, there is no wasted energy from cycling while standing if it is done correctly.[12]
Cycling on a stationary cycle is frequently advocated as a suitable exercise for rehabilitation, particularly for lower limb injury due to the low impact that it has on the joints. In particular cycling is commonly used within knee rehabilitation programs.[13]
As a response to the increased global sedentarity and consequent overweight and obesity, one response that has been adopted by many organizations concerned with health and environment is the promotion of Active travel, which seeks to promote walking and cycling as safe and attractive alternatives to motorized transport. Given that many journeys are for relatively short distances, there is considerable scope to replace car use with walking or cycling, though in many setting this may require some infrastructure modification, particularly to attract the less experienced and confident.
